Location

599, home of the Metropolitan New York Library Council, is located on the 8th floor of 599 Eleventh Avenue (between 44th Street and 45th Street).

To access 599, simply take the elevator up to the 8th floor. We are open between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from Monday through Thursday, and on weeknights and weekends during scheduled events.

There is a Citi Bike station located just one block away from 599 at 46th Street and 11th Avenue. Directions for biking are available from New York City’s DOT.
